I finally figured it out.

Today, the lovely city of Logan, UT won the prize for the worst air in the whole United States. YUM. Makes me want to walk outside and just take a nice, big breath. I think the air quality is the reason why I break out so bad everytime I come back to school after a break.

Yep. Mystery solved. And now you know that I have acne.
